I woke up one morning with a feeling so strong that told me I should begin a yoga practice. I sought out a nearby yoga shala and I went to a class from that first moment I knew I was home. My yoga practice led me to change many aspects of my life seeking a more balanced lifestyle . I completed my first teacher training in 2013 and began teaching in Guatemala. Since then I went back to college to study holistic therapies, I am now a qualified holistic therapist and nutritional advisor. I most recently had the honour of completing my synergy yoga teacher training with the reknowned Simon Borg Olivier and Bianca Machliss.
Now, through yoga, holistic therapies, and nutrition, I help people find the natural harmonious balance in their bodies which leads to a healthy, happy life.
Yoga has been such a powerfully fulfilling and empowering path for me and it’s such an honour to be able to share that with others. My classes draw inspiration from Yoga Synergy, a flowing, energising style of yoga that was developed with a modern understanding of physiology and anatomy.
My appreciation of the body—its needs, its movement, and its inner structures—is also reflected in my work as a holistic therapist and nutrition coach.
